Charging station for hybrid and electric vehicles
- There are 2 charging stations, 220 volts single-phase socket and 380 volts three-phase socket, at your disposal towards the rear of the parking lot.
- The maximum allowed power is 21 kWh.
- If desired, an access badge can be issued ; there will be a 50 € deposit to cover the cost of a lost or stolen badge.
- Le Clos des Rives invested 7000 € (70% of installation cost); the French Goverment offered a 3000 € subsidy (30% of installation cost) through the ADVENIR grant.
- Billing : 5 € pluging fee then 0.25€ per kWh used with your personal badge at the charging station
- We ask you to be respectfull of other residents. Once your car is fully charged you’ll have an hour to move your vehicle, after that you will be fined 10 € per hour ; with the exception of overnight charging from 10 PM TO 10 AM.
- We must enforced this rule in order to ensure the accessibility of the charging station to everyone.
- Parking n° 6 may use the charging station, if it is available, same rule will aplly.
- Green light= charging station available
- Please contact the reception if both red lights are on.
